Shanna has a drive to create and build long-lasting relationships with our customers. With over a decade in customer service experience, she has a proven track record of success in servicing the Winnsboro area. Shanna is very family oriented and has a passion for serving her community. Outside of the office, she is spending time with her husband and two kids or at a Red Raider football game. She is also on the board of the Winnsboro Baseball and Softball Association and loves to volunteer anywhere she can in the community. Shanna is kind and genuinely interested in fostering new relationships to provide confidence and trust with our customers.

Natalie is a veteran in the insurance industry with over two decades experience in the claims department. She goes out of her way to make sure every customer is satisfied while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Natalie has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix where she graduated with honors. She is also a member of Delta Mu Delta Honor Society and is a board member of the Winnsboro Community Exchange Program and Winnsboro Eclipse Committee. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, four kids, two grandkids, and her animals. With a passion for all things Winnsboro, Natalie is always there to help all our customers with Good Neighbor service.

Ethan has a deep understanding of the office process and dynamics, and excellent interpersonal skills. He has half a decade of experience in the insurance industry and is currently in the Agent Aspirant Program to become a State Farm agent. Ethan has a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Arkansas. In his spare time, he enjoys a relaxing day at the golf course or fishing on the lake. Ethan strives to make sure every customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while insuring your assets. With a drive to help people, Ethan is ready to protect what matters most to you whether it be your car, home, health, or life insurance.

Holly coordinates and oversees administrative duties in the office and ensures that things operate efficiently. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration which helps her efficiently organize the office. In her free time, Holly enjoys using her creative side to organize events and help others bring their interior design visions to life. Her passion is to make sure our team members are taken care of in order for State Farm customers to have a great insurance experience.

Chuck has over two decades experience in Life insurance. He will work with you to personalize your coverage to meet your needs and budget. Chuck strives to provide quality service to build relationships and maintains those relationships by communicating effectively. He is a long-time resident of Mt Pleasant with his wife, three kids, and nine grandchildren.
